By submitting an inquiry, making a booking, or completing a payment with PERU INKA TRIPS, the passenger accepts the following terms:

1. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit is received and the corresponding confirmation is sent. Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule outlined in the official quote.

2. Prices and Services

Included and non-included services will be detailed in each quote or itinerary. Prices are subject to availability and may vary prior to booking confirmation.

3. Modifications and Cancellations

Modifications or cancellations requested by the passenger will be subject to availability, service conditions, and potential provider penalties. Specific cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Refunds

Where applicable, refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms of the contracted service and the suppliers involved. Applicable bank fees or processing commissions may be deducted where appropriate.

5. Changes Due to Extraordinary Circumstances

PERU INKA TRIPS reserves the right to modify schedules, routes, activities, or services in the event of adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, site closures, strikes, operational issues, or other extraordinary circumstances. Reasonable alternatives will be offered whenever possible.

6. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must provide accurate information, adhere to scheduled times, follow instructions provided by staff, and take care of their personal belongings. For adventure, trekking, or nature activities, passengers must comply with the corresponding safety requirements.

7. Travel Insurance

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, travel insurance is not included. Passengers are strongly recommended to secure travel insurance covering medical assistance and emergencies.

8. Third-Party Services

Certain services may be provided by independent suppliers, including hotels, transport providers, operators, and guides. These services are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Responsible Tourism

PERU INKA TRIPS promotes respect for natural and cultural heritage, local communities, and the environment throughout all its programs.

10. Claims and Governing Law

Claims may be submitted through our official communication channels and will be handled in accordance with current Peruvian legislation, including consumer protection regulations.
